What about the 'Captive Universe' by Harry Harrison? It's about a seemingly pre-Columbian society living in a valley that is actually a giant generation ship. The protagonist's journey of discovery is the whole plot. It's a neat little puzzle-box of a book from the 60s, playing with the classic amnesiac-society trope in a straightforward, enjoyable way.
Let's not forget the 'Bobiverse' series by Dennis E. Taylor. While the central character is a replicated AI, the later books heavily involve rescuing and relaying human populations on generation ships (both alien and human). You get to see the concept from the outside looking in, as an immortal entity observing these fragile biological arks over centuries. It provides a really unique meta-perspective on the whole trope.

After my mother's murder, I fled to avoid the prophecy.
The end of the world rests on my shoulders, and I'm not willing to deal with it when my visions of the future are becoming increasingly terrifying.
The only good thing about being a seer is that I could see my mates without putting them at risk.
Everything changes when I am captured by the guardians and they take me to the temple. That ends up leading me straight to the men I've wanted to avoid for years: a serious dragon, a seductive vampire, a sensitive Alpha wolf, and a hot-tempered sorcerer.
I just hope that refusing the bond will save us from catastrophe.

After finishing work for the day, I checked my phone and realized I had been added to a group chat called "Catch the Thief."
The members were my parents, my brother, Brian Wise, and my sister-in-law, Paulene Wise.
I typed a question mark.
Paulene replied instantly.
[My jewelry is missing. I didn't add you here to accuse you or anything. I just wanted to ask what you think. Honestly, there's no use for other people in our family to take my jewelry, so I've been wondering... I'm not saying you definitely stole it. But if you did, you don't have to deny it. I'm willing to give you a chance to make things right.]
My mother said nothing. She just kept tagging me over and over.
I let out a small laugh and typed back.
[Maybe Brian took it and gave it to his side piece. I'm not saying he definitely has someone else. Just that men his age sometimes start looking around. I'm only guessing here. And if he really did mess up, you could give him a chance to make things right, too.]
For nearly five centuries, no child has drawn a first breath.

From the Middle comes a child with power and lineage to rival the Creator.

The first humans were not what they were told.
The gods were not who they claimed to be.
And the Children of Triune were never meant to ask why.
Some truths don't set you free, they come for you.
