The guard sneered and hung back in the hall as I strolled cluelessly around. The Blackwolf territory is extremely cold compared to the Whitewolf territory; it was known for its cold climate and plethora of evergreen forests. Although everyone was banned from speaking of the Blackwolf packs, most of the elders of my pack often joked about sending extremely stubborn children to the Blackwolf territory and telling them they were going to freeze to death and the ghosts of the Blackwolf pack were going to haunt them. It worked because most of them changed for the better.

I introduced Fenrir next. “This is Fenrir, the current Alpha of Crescent Moon pack..” I introduced him but he refused to come in. He shared eye contact with Namilla for a short while before she stiffened and looked away. We walked in before Namilla finally spoke up. “My condolences, fair child.” She bows a little and I do the same. “To what do I owe this unannounced visit then?” Namilla asked me. I pushed Fenrir forward and for the first time, he looked nervous.

“Enough with that, Al. No one’s watching. You can drop the honorifics.” Alaric watched Fenrir with the same scrutiny he would observe an enemy. He could never quite understand what the man was thinking or read into his next move. He’d always found Fenrir to be likened to a black canvas with red and white paint drops on its lower edge. Much like an intricate painting with a message too large for the mind to fully understand or decode. Fenrir was and always had been different from them all. Alaric wouldn’t be surprised if it was discovered that he was from a different plane that outdated all three worlds.

Mili spoke. An ominous mana surrounded her childish body, it was terrifying that Lyon and Odagaia felt shivers when they looked at her. Fenrir on the other hand felt a familiar presence lingering near his place, his head wandered around surveying the area but he couldn’t find where it was coming from. “Are you challenging me?” “Yes” Fenrir took a deep breath and gave out a sigh. He snapped his fingers. It was a snap that would allow everyone to hear the conversation he was having with Mili, but its range would only be inside the Forest of Gluttire.

Switching the shower on, I strip off and step into the hot water, as Aura explains. “Fenrir has gifts. He can open a portal from anywhere, even from hell. Fen can mask his scent, he can control the storms, plus he commands the armies of the underworld. He is powerful, but...” she sighs out and I stop shampooing my hair. “But, what?” I ask, curiosity getting the better of me.

I choke out as I wipe my tears, he shake his head and I know I’m well and truly fucked. “Mia, it doesn’t matter who you tell. You are in our world. I am known in the human world. Have you heard of someone called Fenrir?” I look at him and search for my memories. The name sounds familiar. It hits me Fenrir is the hound of Hell. My head turns to look at him and I nod my head, hoping I’m wrong and that his parents like theatrics. “What do you know about him?” he asks and I look down and fidget with my fingers and bite my lower lip until I taste the metallic taste of blood.

Fenrir's POV I opened my eyes to a dark room, without a single streak of light. " Zeev?" I called as I began to get fearful, the dreadful memories of the dark traumatised me and I began to shake violently. " No one is going to come to save you Fenrir, not your Alpha Zeev nor your maid, you're all alone here, " the voice in the dark spoke up again. I made no sound and waited to hear more words from him, trying to concentrate on his heartbeat to be a human or a wolf.

I stand on the realm bridge watching as the chaos ensues in the sea below. The sea of dreams is lighting up in orange smoke. There is barely a spot that's midnight blue anymore. Klara used to tell me about a time. A time when there was peace. A time when mortals could go to sleep and wake up the next day. With the Goddesses on the constant hunt for Rizor. The realms are left in constant chaos each passing day. The elders were selected by the moon goddess to watch over the night realm in her absence. The elders are more powerful than average jumpers. They are responsible for the training and the matching of jumpers.

“Raiker and I managed to escape. We hid in the labyrinth and masked our scents.” There was a moment of silence before he continued. “At first, I hated Fenrir.” The pause carried a weight that almost made me tremble. “Maybe that’s why he chose me.” I frowned. “What do you mean?” Daimon leaned in. The movement was slow and calculated. His hand touched my chin, forcing me to look at him. The warmth of his skin against mine sent an electric shock through my body. His touch was firm. Commanding. “Fenrir is not an ordinary wolf.” His voice was low, almost a murmur. But every word carried something dense and dangerous. “He is fiercer. More brutal. Thirsty for blood and flesh.”

James replied, “You’ll get used to it.” “Let’s go.” Henrik and James left the Demon Realm and went to the Fiend Realm. The Fiend Realm was one of the major realms and had Three Dimensions. The vast majority of those living within the Fiend Realm were of the Fiend Race. However, there were a few exceptions, and some humans lived there too. The Fiend Realm’s ruler was the Supreme Fiend Lord.
