Darkness

Pain. Deep excruciating pain. The kind that knocked the air out of your lungs and put the world to a standstill.
Darkness. The type that made your nightmares reality, with no light forthcoming so you can't tell if it's a dream or not.
Hurt. Piercing deep hurt that made your heart bleed so much that it felt like it would stop beating.
My life felt like a living hell. Hell with no fires. Just me, burning in the depths of nightmares and darkness.
