Astrid’s POV
I heard the elders shouting at both of the men. I wasn’t sure who they were talking about because they were looking at both.
“No, please,” Alpha Salem said, looking at Alpha Dominic. “Please don’t banish him from his own pack. Everyone needs him.”
I was so nervous and scared for Alpha Dominic, my mate. Were the elders banishing him from the pack? Could they actually do it?
“Yes, we know the pack needs him. That’s why it’s not him who is being banished from the Pack but YOU! Alpha Salem, you are not allowed to enter the pack borders!”
I relaxed instantly at their command, and my fear of losing my mate vanished. I had already told the elders about what had happened between us, which made them so angry at Alpha Salem. Thankfully, they had listened to me and kept their words.
“How can you?” Alpha Salem’s mood instantly changed from normal to angry. And it took less than 30 seconds for him to show his aggressive side.
