Nine o’clock in the morning.
Harvey changed into relatively formal clothes, then woke up Mandy along with the others.
“Dad, Mom, Mandy. You should all wear something formal as well. I’ll take you to a place to relax.”
Mandy and the rest were perplexed. However, they did not have to go to work, nor did they have any other place to go to.
Since Harvey asked, they changed into formal clothes and got into the car without asking any more questions.
Soon, Harvey drove in the direction of the new district in Buckwood.
Mandy did not mind. The new district in Buckwood was the newly developed functional area with quite a few government agencies operating there, along with a lot of commercial complexes.
She thought that Harvey only wanted to bring her to shop and relax.
Soon after, Mandy felt like something was off.
She saw soldiers with actual firearms standing guard at many intersections.
