Emily sat down beside Ruth as they allowed Caroline to do her own thing, Emily’s mind went back to Garrett, he has never gotten involved in anything that has to do with the pack, not in the sense of security or being the Alpha king, but he is always in his office working, and if he should appear in any of the activities, it was to ruin the mood, or cause a scene.
Emily wondered how he eats, who takes his food to him, because she has never seen him in the kitchen, waiting for Caroline to fix something for him to eat, she has no idea how he relates with the Omegas.
Caroline placed a plate of macaroni in front of Emily but she didn’t noticed, her thoughts has gone far, it was the aroma and clearing of throat that pulled her back to the present, she gave Caroline a smile then looked down at her plate.
