Finally, we got to the garage and Leo’s men got ready to use the other cars.
“I don’t want the company” he suddenly said, and they all stopped to look at him.

Surprise and confusion ran through their faces. Why would Leo want to go out alone?
He collected the car keys, opened the doors, and got into the car with me.

Tracy's POV
I stood in front of the window in the room and couldn’t believe my eyes.
Leo and Alex? Going out – alone?
Where were they going to?
“Tara?” I called my friend who was standing behind me “What do you think is going on? Where’s Leo taking her?”
Tara was mute for a second.
“Um… Maybe… to the hospital for a proper checkup? I heard Victor had recommended she was taken to the hospital for an X-ray and ultrasound so they could confirm if the baby was still alive, or dead”. She found something to say, but the reply wasn’t pleasing to me at all.
Why was this lady trying to ruin my happiness in the clan?
