Ashley's POV
After dropping the line with Angelina, I looked over to my uncle and smile thinking about Angelina bringing me lunch.
"What's with the gummy smile Ash?" he says with a knowing smile.
"Nothing much, just my amazing gf/baby mama is on her way bringing me lunch" I say with the brightest smile on my face as we got up to leave the boardroom.
"You really are madly in love and I'm so happy that you have found the one" he smiles at me as he leads me to my office.
My office. Yes! MY own fucking office. This is the craziest shit ever. This office is so fucking big. Like I don't need most of the space it has, but I guess it adds to the power aesthetic. The walls are mostly window, excluding the front, no one can see into the office. Got a beautiful view of the city from the 30th floor. Large oak wood desk by the window and a chair that's so comfortable I could actually sleep in it. Nick said that this was my mother's office before she passed. They kept it just the way she liked
