Jasmine's POV
"Hey, mum Emily." Rylee teased as she dropped the napkin she was using to wipe dust off the dining table and rushed off to hug me.
I simply laughed and hugged her, cladding her tightly to my chest. We swayed left and right, glued to each other.
"If I'm mum Emily, what happens to Ezra and Ethan?" I demanded. "I see you're picking sides already." I frowned.
"Not really, I just happen to find Emily more fun to be with." Rylee defended smoothly. "Plus, they will never have any clue unless you want to go about singing our little secret." She ropes me in.
"Our?" I scoffed. "Little secret?" I started laughing, snorting halfway through. "I see you've involved me so I can easily be blackmailed." I exposed her plan effortlessly.
"No..." She chuckled. "Alright, please?" She demanded still.
"Fine," I scanned all over her home, especially the empty dining area. "On one condition, that you make me lunch." I spilled without waiting for her to ask me what it was.
