"He can't have her... He isn't stupid to do that again... She will be fine...” I told myself repeatedly, to get my act together, before I turned on the ignition and drove out of the hospital premises.
Off to the hotel, which was a five-star rated firm, about five minutes drive from the hospital Jasmine worked at. I was restless at the reception, my words didn't provide much comfort, rather than mocked me.
When I finally secured the room, I was up there like a hawk, watching over the hospital for the slightest change, thanks to the proximity, and a room with a better angle.
