Chapter 33 Don't Push Your Luck

Sean could tell from Hunter's voice that Emlyn had not told Hunter that Jenna was Hunter's daughter. She must have had her reasons for doing so.

It was no wonder that Hunter could not tell. Jenna was developmentally delayed. She was almost two but could only stand holding on to the walls and did not know how to walk.

Sean stood up, picked up a stool, and threw it at the desk when he saw Hunter leaving his room. Everything that had been on the desk was swept onto the ground.

He tipped his head backward and screamed, the sound echoed throughout the villa, filled with hatred and pain.

He did not want to give up but he also did not dare to imagine how much Emlyn would hate him if she were to find out what he had done. What he was truly afraid of was hurting Emlyn a second time.

If Hunter truly loved Emlyn, perhaps he might hide this from her forever.

Sean rushed out and screamed when he saw that Hunter and his bodyguards were almost at the door. "Hunter Shield!"

i think even if jenna is two with accelerated speech skill, her words questioning mommy is imposible.
