CHAPTER FIFTY- TWO- ACCIDENT
CHERYL POV
*I AM GETTING ANXIOUS ABOUT THIS.*
I see Kane running with the keys in his hands. He looks frustrated. I chase after him, "Honey, what's wrong?" I pull his hand to make him look at me.
He looks at me with blazing eyes. "What's happening?" I ask in a shaky tone.
"Joenabell won't open her door to me. I am getting impatient, Honey." He speaks to me while knocking at Joenabell's room. The knock is getting louder and faster, but I did not hear Joenabell responding inside. Kane bangs his hand on the door that makes me startle.
I try to calm him down because his hand reddens. "Stay calm, Honey. Don't scare our child. She must be sleeping." I try to defend my daughter against his wrath because this is the first time I see Kane losing control.
