Patience's POV

I sat on steps beside Patsy watching as she continued to knit, she became my only company over the last two days, since Claude was Claude and Hannah was...well I hadn't seen Hannah since Claude had returned with his father two days ago.

Even though she wasn't around memories never failed to keep my company, I had thought and fantasized about the way she touched me numerous times since it had happened. Now I only desired to be bedded with her, since my heart seem to run to her on its own accord. She was constantly invading my thoughts and I couldn't help but wonder if I had ran through mind over the duration of the two days that had passed.

Sometimes I wished things were different, I dreamed of us being able to love freely but my conscience never failed to remind me they would be nothing but dreams.

"I have to get started on dinner," Patsy announced suddenly breaking my thoughts and I frowned knowing it was too early for her to begin preparing.
