Chapter 111~Where are they?~

Demonte’s POV:

“Are you sure you want to go?” I asked her creasing my forehead. I wasn’t sure if she would go.

Rebecca had told me everything why she was so uncomfortable with being joined in reunion. She told me how she was bullied when she was in high school just because she was plus sized.

I was so much shocked when she told me that she was bullied. Size never mattered to me and it made me burn with madness. How can they do that to her?

“Obviously yes! That was my  school too and I spent my youth over there. It’s unfortunate I don’t have better memories of my school life but still I don’t want them to suppress me like they used to do to me. I need to grow. I can’t hide from them every year,” she said while her hands played with the pillow on her hands.

“OOPS! My lioness! I am glad you are being stronger every moment,” I threw the pillow back to her and she caught it imm
