To Lizzy, she was the fastest writer at the moment but in a logical sense, she was slower than a myriapod. Everyone in eleventh grade had written the note that their class teacher left on the board, and left the classroom about three hours ago but Lizzy remained.

Usually, she would abandon the work, but the fact that her father, Matthew, promised not to take it lightly if he found another incomplete note in her bag, made her to stay determined. Her dad hated the fact that she was in eleventh grade at age nineteen, but there is only so much he could do after watching his first child repeat grades in the past, due to her nonchalant attitude towards her academics.

Lizzy finally completed the note after hours of writing. She stood from her seat, packed her backpack and wiped off the sweat on her face with a face towel.
