CHAPTER NINETEEN

Day 29  Her body and Soul

She now peeked out the window of Sergeant Herrera's room and from where he was standing she could see the thick smoke from above. The fighter plane of the Arland Soldiers has released a missile to invade the terrorists and let Abubakar Salem Ale surrender.

A beautiful morning of Southern Arland camp once before has faded away by the dark smoke, the fresh air that breathes every morning is full of gun powder in the cloud. The chaos rattling in the whole camp. She is hoping that the war will end soon. She is praying that Sergeant will wake up too soon, a happening last night was giving her hope and for all his brothers and sisters of the Arland Soldiers.

Just like that she used to do, she left a new make brewed coffee besides Sergeant bed and replacing fresh flowers that she put in the vase. She pulled the curtain down and close the window she doesn't want to see the chaos outside, she doesn't want to hear the series of gunfire.
