Amira's POV

I reached out for the tray of mouth-watering foods that are on the table. This looks so yummy! I tried first the fries, and I don’t know if this is from mcdonalds or what. But this is fire! I also ate the whole burger, and all of the foods here. Wow that’s yummy!

I wiped my mouth after I ate. Only 15 minutes have passed since I have been left alone in this office. I looked around again. What should I do? This is boring. Well, not until my eyes landed on the books. SO MANY BOOKS! I want to read!

I stood up the sofa and half run to the books. Damn all my fav’s are here! This is heaven! I got a book entitled ‘The stars of us’. Just as I was about to read the first page of the book, my phone vibrated from my pocket. Ohhh, it’s Elocin. I know what she wants, probably can wait to hear what I was gonna say so she would like to talk about it on the phone. Gosh!

“Hello” I answered.

“Hi! I just got home! I don’t have anything important to do so…… do you mind telling me the news now? I'm exited!”

“Seriously? On the phone? This is a long story girl. I think it'll be better if I just tell you when I see you.”

“Ohhh I love long stories! Tell me now! GO! I don't mind staying on the phone for hours!”

“Alright but promise me that you’ll wait until I finish before you give any reaction? This will shock the hell out of you so wait for me to finish? Okay?”

“Alright sure! Tell me now!”

“Okay. So remember the man I told you that saved me from that crazy taxi driver?”

“YES. What about him?”

“Well I just found out that he is Elixier Villamorannas, the CEO of Villamorannas Contruction company-”

“WHATTTT?! Omg omg! Then he’s crazy rich? O my god what about him now-”

“I told you to let me finish first didn’t I?”

“Oh okay. Sorry. Go on now hihi”

This girl doesn’t ran out of energy.

“Well, I found that out when I went here in the company for a backround check. When we we’re at his car the day he saved me, I saw in his car the logo of this company, so I asked him if he worked here. I also have said that I’ll have a presentation in that company about a proposal from my school and that proposal means my scholarship. But he did not answer at all. So when I went here, the guards won’t let me enter because I don’t have a pass. But luckily, he saw me. And he let me enter. And…….. I might have said something, a joke, that I didn’t know it was true so I just joked about it but turns out it was actually true and made him pissed. So yeah. We’re getting married.”

“WHAT THE?!!!!! GETTING MARRIED?!! What the- what are you talking about?!Are you just daydreaming Amira?! I know that he’s probably so rich but don’t be attracted to fucking money! How are you two getting married when you just met two days ago?! Amira?! It’s just a span of two fricking days! What was that? He saved you so you owe him and now you’re paying yourself to him?! What the actual shesh was that?!”

“Calm down, Elocin. Please calm down. I’ll tell you okay? So it was that uhm…. The joke I was saying… it turned out that it was really a personal joke. I can’t tell you what it is but if you only know you would really believe me. So he also did me a favor. He signed the proposal already and I don’t have to present tomorrow. My scholarship is saved. And he wants me to do him a a favor too. So uh….. yeah,”

“And you agreed?! How can you fricking agree on that Amira?! That’s a commitment! How are you so sure that he won’t do harm to you? That he won’t abuse you or even just do something bad?! That’s marriage you are talking about Amira! And of all the girls, why should it be you?!”

“Yeah, that’s what I plan to ask him. I already taught about that Elocin. But don’t worry, I’ll tell you immediately if he do something bad to me. And infact, I’ll take care of myself and I know basic martial arts. Don’t worry.”

“That’s still not enough Amira! How did you- why did you agree? How could you agree to something like that?! My gosh Amira. I’m sorry I act like this and maybe you are calling me over reacting now but I’m just worried! So so worried about you Amira! But, I know you’re not just a girl, you are a grown woman now.You already know what’s right and what’s wrong.You can already decide on your own. But I hope, and I demand updates all the time Amira!”

Okay okay, chill,” I chuckled on the phone. I understant her and I’m lucky I have her. “ I will give you updates always, don’t worry.” even if she can’t see me, I smiled while on the phone. In this world where it’s home for devils, she is my angel. I love you so much Elocin.

“Okay. But you shouldn’t expect that I will stop worrying about you okay? And can I please meet that man? I will judge him real quick based on his appearance.”

“Hahaha! You are still so judgemental just like before! You think you will know what kind of man he is just by looking at him? You stupid! Hahaha”

“Well, a person’s personality reflects on the way she or he dresses. So if he dresses nice, and have a nice sense of fashion, then he’s a decent man.”

“Well of course he dresses nice! He has lot’s of money!”

“Oh, yeah. Forgot about that sorry.How stupid shesh. Hahaha”

“Hahaha”

After the call, I really got bored. I am just there, in the sofa of his big big office, staring at the table. What will I even do in here?

I got tired reading, I got tired scrolling on my phone. And I already finish all my foods. What am I supposed to feel!

I stood there and went to the door. The double doors opened for me. As I was about to walk and get out there, his secretary went up to me.

"Uhm, Miss, Sir Villamorannas told me not to let you out." She said and then she smiled at me.

"But I'm bored there miss. I don't want to stay there. My boredom will kill me for sure."

I said and continued to walk but she got in my way again.

"I-I'm really sorry Ma'am, I can't let you out," she said to me and gave me a nervous smile. I know she don't want to break Elexier's command, but she also don't want me to tell Elexier to fire her. I know what she's thinking. That I am a very important girl that's why I am in his strict boss' office.

"Fine. You can be with me." I said, marking it with aodd. She smiled nervously again at me. But she can't do anything, I've already said it plus, I am already walking away. She followed me nervously.

"Where is Elexier now?" I asked her.

"Uhm Ma'am he's on a meeting and that meeting cannot be disturbed-"

"Ohhh there he is!" I said that cutted her off when I saw Elexier in a room. And yes, he's in a meeting with people. Many people. They all look so serious. 

I walked towards that room and stood in there for while. I can see them all through the glass walls. I can say he's really so hot. He looks so passionate and focused. No wonder this company of his is really taking off and is always consistent on the top.Why don't he have a girfriend? Probably because of his attitude.

I watched him as he explains something in front. He is so serious, his hand gestures and the way his mouth opens every word. He is undeniably a hot CEO. I shook my head lightly and erased those thoughts. I can't think of him that way! I'll be in trouble! My heart will! In a big one!

Then after him, he was replaced by someone else. His gaze turned my way. Then he saw me. He stared at me using his serious eyes, that same hot expression he makes. I tilted my head slightly and then smiled at him. His brows just raised at me. And then I saw him cut the person speaking in front. He also called for someone to do something.

Then the man he ordered something to got out that meeting room and approached me.

"Ma'am, Mr. Villamorannas requested your presence in the meeting room," he said as soon as he got to me. I flased a shock expression and pointed at my self, confused if that is really true. Then I looked back at the meeting room and all the people there paused the meeting and are now looking straight at me. I feel anxious for all their stares gosh! So I didn't say a word and just followed this man inside.

As soon as I enter, their eyes just stick with me, and when I got in the front where Elexier is sitted, he stood up and held me in my waist.

"Ladies and Gentlemen, my wife," he then spoke. I looked at him in a shock expression but I replaced it by my normal expression quickly as I don't want him embarrased in front of this big people "Amira Villamorannas."
