CHAPTER 54 - The Cold Wind That Whispers

Grazziena trembled all of a sudden. The wind, yes the wind! It whispers something, filling her mind with such a vision, a scenario where she saw herself still an infant, crying beside her mother, her dead mother.

“Sweetheart? Something wrong?” Draeko noticed the sudden change of color of Grazziena’s face. She became pale as if all her blood left her skin and he felt the shaking of her hand when he held it.

Grazziena looked at Draeko and shook her head. She does not want him to be bothered. “Nothing Sweety, I just felt the wind, so cold in my skin, that cause me to chill.”

With that, Draeko took off his jacket and put it on her shoulders.

“Thank you, Sweety,” she said gently and smiled at him.
