Chapter 33

Everywhere was filled with darkness, the only ray of light I could see was the one coming from the street light some steps away. I was walking, but walking to where? I don't really know... the darkness was so thick it made the light coming from the street light faint.

I kept walking in that direction and passed it going further into the darkness, but it wasn't too dark anymore because another street light could be seen up front and a small house… this looks so familiar like I have been here before, but I can't seem to pick point what exactly this place is and how I found myself there.

I could feel my heartbeat so fast against my ribcage and tried to calm myself down by muttering what I used to hear Mum say when she puts me back to bed after a big scary nightmare.

I tripped and fell forward but I hurt my wrist
