MIRA'S POV:-

"This is a total lie. I remember Freddy telling me that you were called by Freddy himself on his wedding day. Well, the marriage certificate they signed. I remember him telling me that you refused to be in that wedding. And I saw complete hatred in his eyes while telling me that they called Mira an ugly slut who was after Freddy's money. He told me that he cut all the ties with his grandparents, saying that his father would have been proud of him knowing what he did was absolutely right." Edward was the one who yelled at Mr MacCarthy.

Mr MacCarthy suddenly looked pale as if he might have seen a ghost. "Wait what? Wedding? Marriage certificate? What is going on? What are you talking about, Mr Stafford?" Mr Santiago was the one who was able to speak after the sudden shock he was given. I frowned as I saw their faces.
