I loosened my hold on the dagger when the man fell on the ground and Amber was standing behind him with a smirk.
She took a large step and extended her hand in my direction. I looked at her hand skeptically and dragged my eyes towards the man on the ground. There were no signs of injury on his body but he was not moving at all.

"But how.."
