Their laughter could be heard as they stepped into the living room, with his hand wrapped around her waist. The maids lined up in the living room as they watched with amusement on their faces.

“Come, let me show you something in the room,” he whispered into her ears and she laughed.

“I’ll join you later, just go upstairs and let me fix dinner,” she said as she turned to face him.

“No, we’ve had a long day. I guess Vivian made us dinner already, right Vivian?” He asked as he looked at the old lady who was watching them with a smile on her face.

“Yes, I did,” she replied with amusement.

“You see? Come on, let’s go upstairs,” he urged as he dragged her hands along with him.

She smiled and turned to look at the ladies as Adrian pushed her towards the stairs. She winked at them and made a signal with her hands and they all nodded.

“Now that Alex has finally found a place in the master’s heart, do you think she will still consider us as friends?” Bose asked sadly.
