ONLY TIME WILL TELL

She dashed into the bathroom and the sound of her vomiting could be heard as she placed her head over the wash basin. This was the third time she was vomiting since dawn and she could feel a burning pain in her chest. She rinsed her mouth with water and sprinkled some water on her face.

She raised her head and looked at her reflection in the mirror. What’s going on? She asked as she removed the strand of hair from her face.

As she stepped out of the bathroom, she moved into the bed and dragged the duvet over her body. She was feeling so cold and dizzy at the same time.

It’s been two weeks since Adrian left for a business trip and they’ve only communicated on the phone. Right now, she needed to let him know she was sick.

As she reached for her phone on the other side of the bed, she saw the door opening and Vivian stepped into the room with Sara.
