He was still above her. They were still staring in each other’s eyes when Elena’s cell phone rang. It was the reminder bell that she needs to get ready to visit Lily’s grandmother.

“Oh, fish! I forgot! It’s Monday!” said Elena pushing him aside and getting up from the bed.

“What about Monday?” asked Luke while sitting on his bed dumbfounded.

“I need to visit Lily’s grandmother with her today.” Said Elena hurriedly.

“Lily’s grandmother? Oh, Nick was also talking about her grandmother that she is a human and don’t want to be part of your pack and stuff!” said Luke, remembering the discussion he and Nick had in the evening.

“Yeah. she is an amazing human being. I will tell you everything about her later. I need to get ready now.” said Elena during adjusting her clothes and hair to look presentable.

“Do you want me to drop you?” asked Luke in a caring tone.
