Two Mates of The Late Blooming Luna?

I woke up in the middle of the night feeling an intense pain in my body. The pain started from my core and passed to my chest and spread to every single cell in my body and lastly, I could feel my bones breaking!

I screamed!

I screamed in pain…!

The pain was insane!

I finally realized, It’s today… I am changing..  But I can’t… I shouldn’t... I don’t want to… Please…. Please..

I looked outside of my window to see the moon brightly glaring on me, making me howl in pain.

I can’t control myself….

Why don’t I have a choice? I hate it…. I hate this change… I hate being a…

“I need to get out of here before anyone could see me” were the only words which came out of my mouth as I tried to get up from my bed.

I jumped out of my window and ran towards the forest as fast as I can.

I heard the guards guiding the teens in the training ground. They were trying to control the wolves who were changing for the first time especially my best friend, Lily Williams, who was throwing a tantrum and was completely taking the spotlight from all the others. Hence, unknowingly helping me.

 ‘Thanks, keep them busy like this’ I thought looking at the violent Lily.

As I was trying to disappear from everyone’s sight, I could feel my bone cracking, the pain was decreasing my speed. At this point, I couldn’t bear the pain anymore, I was crawling to get away from everyone. I finally stopped to catch my breath while supporting my body on a tree.

I witnessed something that I didn’t want to in my whole life!! I saw hair on my body growing like a wild animal. My spine breaking and reforming itself like it was jelly. The only way I could separate it from a dream was the intense my body.

“I don’t want to be a monster!” left my mouth and fresh tears started falling down on my already wet cheeks.

I looked up at the sky. The moon was still shining brightly above me.

‘The bloody full moon!’ I cursed the moon to no avail and started running at the faster pace until I reached the safe area where no one else was around.

I stopped in front of a lake as I couldn’t take it anymore and fell on my knees and just in fraction of seconds, I transformed into a complete wolf.

I manage to reach near the lake to see my reflection in it. A beautiful white colored wolf was staring at me from it.

There I was… Looking like a complete disaster… It wasn’t me anymore… It was the thing that I was scared of becoming my whole life.. A MONSTER! A F**king BEAST!

“MONSTER” I shouted angrily while looking at my reflection, which was heard more like a growl.

I was so angry that I could actually rip someone apart. After thinking about ripping someone, the urge to kill someone was increasing more and more. The pleasure of ripping someone’s head off of his body was taking over my innocent self.

I turned my head to see if someone is around whom I could kill and eat its flesh but thankfully there was none.

After growling and howling for a good amount of time until my heart was satisfied, I felt thirsty. Thank God, the blood thirst changed into a normal thirst.

I thought about moving towards the lake again and drinking water from it but my legs were not ready to move as my body hasn’t recovered from the pain of turning for the first time.

I tried again and again but after doing a multiple failed attempt, I gave up. I growled in pain and dump myself at the same place.

I heard another growl. All I could think was that, it was the first growl I heard which sounded so melodic.

I somehow raised my paining head and tried to looked at the wolf in front of me.

There was a dark brown colored wolf standing in front of me. It was MAJESTIC and I am not exaggerating! He felt like royalty.

I could tell that was a He-wolf. The dominance was speaking for itself. He was standing in front of me with his indescribable magnificent beauty and charm. His eyes were shining like the most cleared diamonds as the moonlight was shining on him, the sight was just beautiful.

He looked at me with his polite gaze and moved towards me in a slow gentle pace.

While he was moving towards me, I was checking every inch of him. He was a giant werewolf, he must be young and powerful as hell, I can even bet.

With each elegant step, the cold breeze was making his hair to move slowly and he was looking like a true royal prince.

When he was just few inches from me, he howled in a little voice making me feel like he was asking me if I was okay and I shook my head in reply.

He howled again and somehow, I could understand what he was asking. Like we were connecting! Like we were bonding!

“Did you just change?” he asked with another gentle howl.

“Yes” it came out like a small growl.

It was weaker than I thought. I was actually embarrassed!

By looking at my miserable state anyone could tell that I just change and I am in so much pain.

“Follow me” he growled a little and I did as he commanded. My heart wanted to follow his every command.

I don’t know from where did I get this power from? Just a moment ago, I wasn’t able to move my head and now I am following a complete stranger.. let’s not forget ‘a handsome stranger’. And trusting him with everything I have.

He signaled me to drink from the lake and I followed yet another order by him like an obedient servant. We drank water from the lake and it felt so refreshing! Water has never been so delicious before! Everything around him feels so special!

I have never seen such handsome and magnificent werewolf in my entire clan so definitely he is from some other clan or he might be a rogue wolf but I couldn’t care less.

I couldn’t believe if someone can be this handsome! Life is so unfair! Why don’t I have such beauty? Why no one in my clan is that beautiful? Why I only had to look at those potatoes my whole life?

Why don’t I have a mate like him?

He was teaching me how to control my wolf and I was blindly following him like a weak student! A very weak student indeed.

In normal situation, my human self would have run away, but my wolf form was not ready to move an inch away from this handsome wolf. 

Only if I could see his human form, I will date him right away. Nothing in this world can stop me from dating him! I can bet his human form will also be as ethereal as his wolf form is!

Even though, I was bewitched by his beauty, I couldn’t bear the pain in my body anymore. I fell down on my face behind him as my legs gave up again.

Nice timing, isn’t it?

He looked behind in concern as I could automatically feel his emotions.

He moved his mouth towards me to help me. Our skin touched and sparks generated in both of our bodies.

“MATE?” asked both of us together looking in each other’s eyes in shock.

Is it why I was so much attracted towards him?

Did he feel the same way?

Isn’t this the best thing happened in my life?

Numerous questions started popping in my head but suddenly we heard someone coming in our direction, and then I suddenly realized it was my clan’s territory, so of course, werewolves from other clans were not allowed to visit without permission.

We hid behind the trees as I also didn’t want to be found as a werewolf. But the wolves from our clans were coming directly towards us as they could smell us.

Damn the heightened ability!

He moved back and disappeared in the dense forest after looking at me with saddened eyes for the last time.

No… Wait.. Don’t go..  Please.. don’t… Please..!
