I needed someone to lean on at the moment. No matter how much I tried to deny it, it was obvious, I was slowly losing it. I was glad Mason didn't push me away when I appeared here at his doorsteps, three days ago. At first, he did indirectly but at least, he didn't let me leave. He was the only person who knew my situation with Mariano and I was glad he didn't judge me for it. I also hope I wasn't endangering his life by staying at his condo he no longer lives at to prevent Mariano from tracking or stalking me.

I was just fixing myself some toasts when the door opened and Mason walked in.

"I got you some supplies." He said and placed a grocery bag on the dining table as I sat down to eat.

"Mason, I've told you that there is no need for you doing all these for me---"
