Chapter 254: Making Headlines

Ellena stopped speaking and looked at Edward.

Edward's expression was terrifyingly gloomy, like an angry lion that could rush up and bite her at any time.

When Ellena said these words, there was anger mixed with a trace of probing.

She could not convince herself that Edward would suddenly become so unreasonable.

After a while, Edward's expression eased a little. Then he slowly said, "Since you also know that you can’t be my rival, you should do what I tell you to do. Don’t make trouble.”

Ellena's pupils shrank. Before she could say anything, Edward spoke again.

"As for the child, you'd better not have any bad ideas about it." Edward pulled the corner of his mouth and revealed a gloomy smile. He then turned around and left.

Ellena sat on the sofa and watched Edward leave.

She stared at the closed door for half a second before she leaned back like she was discouraged and fell on the sofa.
