Edwin and Nadine then moved out of their seats and leapt to the doorway. Even if the threat to our wolves was in the other building, their worries and fears were evidently inevitable.

My wolf can sense their uncomfortable feelings running in a race.

"Ghino, apology, but I can't risk my wolf anymore. If you're not yet done discussing the plan with Nathan, we can't wait for you to finish it." Edwin indeed did not wait for me to at least move out of my seat when he and Nadine disappeared from the room.

"Go," Nathan muttered.

"Are you sure?" I asked.

"Yeah. Please, go, Ghino. You've done enough for today. I don't want to cause you more trouble because of me." Nathan insisted. "Edwin and Nadine are already away."

Leaving no choice, I broke a smile at Nathan before I slid to the doorway.

"Ghino?" he added.

"What?" I asked while enhancing my senses tailing Edwin and Nadine's whereabouts before dragging them back to Nathan.
