With each passing time, I was getting more and more anxious thinking about dad. It took almost a five-hour drive to reach the mansion. The first two hours into the journey I kept trying to reach out to Elena to the point I lost count but every time the call went to voicemail.

Elena returned my call back later and informed me that dad had already been discharged. It was a little shocking how fast he got discharged. Later Elena informed me that dad had a heart attack almost a week ago...

Elena had lost her phone so it took her a few days to get my number. And in the middle of our call, her phone shut. So I couldn't reach out to her.

My body slightly jerked forward as both the car and my chain of thoughts came to the halt. Glancing out the window, I found myself in front of the familiar mansion. I notice that the sun is starting to fall and the darkness has started to spread wings, slowly and gradually.
