The Textmate

It is holiday, Marco wakes up with thought of Nicole. He smiles and remember that Terrence has able to give Nicole’s mobile number last night. Immediately he grabbed his phone and texted Nicole. “Hi good morning!”. Nicole received the message and replied “Who is this please?” Marco responded immediately, “It is Marco remember?”

As she read the confirmation who it is, she then immediately set her phone to airplane mode as she is with Louie. “Who was that,” said Louie. Nicole afraid of telling Louie just nodded and whispered “It is just a client”.

Marco didn’t receive any response from her, so he thought maybe Nicole is not really comfortable with him. He looks for Terrence in the F******k and message him. “Hey Nicole didn’t reply to me.” Marco chatted. Terrence did not reply to Marco either but he chatted Nicole. "What's up with you? did Marco texted you?". "Yeah, I received his text but I am with Louie a while ago." Nicole replied.

Few minutes after their conversation. Nicole feels guilty of not being polite with Marco. "Hey I'm sorry, I am with my boyfriend a while ago and he might be angry if he will see that I am replying to a stranger." Nicole texted Marco. He receives her text and he feel a bit curious why Nicole surprisingly concluded that her boyfriend's reaction will be like that. "Oh, why is your boyfriend doesn't want you to be friends with a guy?" Marco responded. Nicole immediately called Marco to explain it. "Hi there with regards to your question, yeah Louie, oh sorry Louie is my boyfriend apparently he really doesn't want me to be friends with other guys, he actually gets jealous immediately and throw accusations over me when he found out that I am entertaining someone to be my friend." Marco feels that the voice of Nicole is sad while saying it so. "Well, I guess he doesn't trust you on that aspect, but for me if he truly loves you, he will never restrain you from being friends with other guys, especially if you set boundaries over them." Marco said. "Well actually maybe the reason behind his attitude is that we broke up during our college days because I fell in love with another man, maybe he is just protective of what we have right now that is why he behave like that." Nicole responded. 

Marco keeps the conversation going until he asked Nicole "In that case it is still possible to be friends with you then?" Nicole laughs hard while saying "Of course, will just explain it to him though. By the way will your girlfriend be okay with that as well?" Marco laughs and said "There is no one to be bothered about it." Nicole on the other hand says she needs to keep going as it is holiday, she needs to work some personal errands. 

After Marco and Nicole's conversation, she immediately chatted Terrence. "Hey already talked to Marco, he is nice to me sis!" Nicole said. "Oh, so you are entertaining this guy’s huh?" Terence responded. "Well actually I think there is nothing wrong with it as long as I know my boundaries." Nicole replied. "Well good luck for you girl! anyway got to go will need to run quick errands here at home, see you tomorrow in the office." Terrence ended the conversation.

It is already midnight, Marco still wanted to talk with Nicole but he was hesitant to do so given that he knows that she has a jealous boyfriend. So instead, he initiates a conversation he stalks Nicole's f* and send a friend request. Alongside of it he pings Terrence to ask more of Nicole. "Hey bud mind to ask you something?" Marco said. "Hey you there what it is?" Terrence responded. "Well, I got to talked with Nicole but I was curious about her situation with her boyfriend, can you enlighten me a bit of it? I know it is too soon to ask but I am really curious." Marco Replied. "Well, I only get to know Nicole for some time as she is only new in our office. but as far as I know her boyfriend is not treating her that good in terms of time, trust and duty as a partner." Terrence explained.

In amusement of what Marco read. He immediately asked Terrence if he can be able to help him to be friends with Nicole. "Buddy, can you help me out to be friends with her, maybe if someone can vouch for me to his boyfriend it will not be that big deal for both them." Marco asked. "Well as long as you don't have any bad intentions towards her that is fine with me, and also if you will be able to ensure me that I am always be with you guys no worries about it." Terrence agreed. Marco immediately sent a friend request to Nicole. 

While Nicole is lying in her bed and couldn't catch her sleep, she is scrolling her newsfeed until a friend request from Marco pulled her notification attention. She immediately accepts the friend request and initiates a chat. "Hey your stalker!" Nicole exclaimed. "Hahahha just see you on my recommendations." Marco responded. "Oh, really huh?" Nicole replied. Marco left out of words as she already gives the dead-end message and just replied "Why you are still up this night?". "Well, I wanted to sleep but Louie is not responding to my messages since we part ways after our breakfast." Nicole replied. Marco then initiated a video call and Nicole answered it. "Maybe he is already asleep that is why he is not responding" Marco said. With a sarcastic face Nicole immediately responded while laughing "seriously he is asleep from twelve noon up to now? you better be kidding me, his work duty 7pm to 5am." "Maybe he is too busy in his work, just understand him." Marco advises Nicole. Nicole smiles and just nodded and sigh. "What is with that reaction?" Marco asked. "Nothing, anyway will now sleep I need to rest now, I need to get to work early. Goodnight!" Nicole just ended immediately the call and did not wait for Marco to respond. 

Marco just chatted Nicole, "Thanks for answering my call, have a wonderful sleep. Good night!"
