:20:New CEO:

Three years later in North Hill City.

Chaos occurs at the Trinity Group's headquarters located in the central business district.

Enthusiastic executives and executives gathered on the first floor to welcome the new CEO. Trinity Group, which was on the verge of bankruptcy yesterday due to a collapse in share prices, suddenly bounced back.

The mysterious tycoon bought up all their shares. Their jobs are stable, but they are facing a different kind of grand isis.

“Who exactly is this new CEO? man or woman? What is his past? Does anyone know?"

"Neither we nor management know who the new CEO is! Isn't that mysterious Well, I want him to be a handsome guy. Send the arrogant CEO quickly and save us!"

"You and your dreams! What if the CEO was a woman?"

"Wow! You know it's impossible, right? I hope Power's eldest daughter survives..."

"They're here! Calm down!" Everyone tensed up, held their breath in place, and fixed their eyes on the entrance. The black Rolls-Royce stopped at the front door, the deputy chief opened the door and someone got out of the car.

It was a woman!

A woman with long, well-groomed hair, wearing black four-inch heels and a white suit, got out of the car.

She has a perfectly formed face. The executives, especially those who had been with the Trinity Group for over 10 years, gasped in shock. The woman was a face that everyone knew.

They unconsciously called out "Miss Powers". Ivy Haddock's real name is Ivana Powers.

She stood tall and motionless in front of the Trinity Group building. She opened her mouth slightly and said, "Hi, long time no see."

Surrounded by senior management, Ivy asked the Vice President, "Are any of you not here right now?"

"Yes."

Deputy General Manager James Reed. He answered politely, but there was a note of calmness in his tone. " They  wanted to threaten you because so because of that, a group  led by Adam Powers, didn't come today to meet you." He said.

"Really?" Ivy didn't look impressed. She exhaled cold, indifferent air. She then said, "Times have changed, and why are my dear uncles still so stupid?"

Adam and five other board members sat in the waiting room. everyone sits on one leg slung across the other.

They drink hot tea and ride others. At first glance, everyone seems calm and determined, but in reality, everyone is secretly panicking: “Where is the new CEO?” Adam asked, sitting in the CEO's chair.

His large round face looked troubled. "Go and look," he said to his secretary.

"Adam, don't worry. The CEO will definitely be here. After all, we are the board of directors. It's natural for a new CEO to be a little intimidating to take control of."

As James Powers, dressed head to toe in all black, folded his arms as if he were at a funeral, Adam said: “Kids these days don't know how important it is to be on time. Don't just shut up, just say something After all, the Trinity Group is still part of the power family and I have the final say. "

While the cunning old fox dens were plotting to intimidate their new shareholders, Adam's secretary entered the conference room.

Her face was white as a sheet." The new CEO gathers all departments of management and holds a meeting in a separate conference room, and the meeting is over!”

He hit angrily at the table, he said: “We, we are all board of directors, and we have been in this company from the beginning! How can you ignore us and ignore us like this!" A group of men found today's youth very rude.

With her pale face, the secretary whimpered softly, "It's not a he. ...It's a she."

These old  foxes were taken aback, and they exclaimed, "A lady?"

As Ivy ended the meeting,  Adam and James barged into the meeting room followed by a group of old men. They all looked furious. However,  when they caught sight of Ivy, the looks of anger disappeared and were replaced by shock " Ivana?" they murmured.

"How  is this possible?!"

Adam and James had physically and mentally prepared themselves for the new CEO. Nonetheless,  never in their wildest dreams did they expect that the person who had saved Trinity Group from the culverts by purchasing over 51% of the group's shares could be their niece.

She was supposed to be dead.

18 years ago, Ivana Powers, heiress of the Trinity group, fell into the River while playing as a child and went missing for a long time

Adam and James were shocked by the news and supported their brother throughout the time he was mourning the loss of his daughter.

The brothers also took over the management of the Trinity Group. They shared their share and wealth, and no one expected the movement of the men, but now she appeared before them alive and well.

Admiring their frightened expressions, Ivy languidly sat down in a chair. Adam and James finally pulled themselves together, quickly exchanging tearful expressions, and tearfully ran up to Ivy and tried to hug her.

“Fortunately, you are still alive, Dear Ivana, and your heavenly God made it possible for you to survive. Very glad to know you're safe,"

Ivy frowned disdainfully, pushing her chair back and backing away from them. Then she looked at him and coldly said, "I also thought I would be so happy."

Under the cold gaze of Ivy and Adam, James suddenly closed his mouth. A wise man was not going to enjoy a warm welcome from his uncle.

Instead, she went to management and said, “Everyone here has joined the  Trinity Group since the beginning, and you all need to know the way of the slackers. Now that I'm here, I'll make sure Trinity Group doesn't suffer anymore. with sweat, and tears, my parents built this company so it is natural for me to defend the company, I will join the game and do my best that you have to do your best for the company and I'll reward you”

Meanwhile in South City.

Chase was on the phone on his way back from picking up Davina from the hospital.

“You said you couldn't find any trace of him? Can't you do your job well?” he hissed.

The assistant on the other end cowered in fear. He also found it odd that there was no sign or trace of Ivy Haddock, despite checking the CCTV in the mansion. Ivy had disappeared into thin air.

He swallowed carefully before saying, “However, that woman really is from a farming village and her birth parents died of an illness.”

Chase tapped his knee with his long fingers and his expression softened slightly as he comforted himself that he must have changed his mind.

Davina sat down next to Chase and she sighed sympathetically, "A girl from a farm village is willing to leave with nothing in marriage. Isn't she something special, Chase?".

Chase frowned and chuckled at the thought of the quiet and reserved woman. He suspected that perhaps she planned to make him think of her as special.

"Sir, I have sent someone to Rave city. The madam may have returned to her hometown."

"Fine, no." Chase's expression darkened as he added almost imperceptibly, "That's no longer necessary now that we're divorced. Since she decided to leave with dignity, I will gladly grant her request."

"Okay....Oh, and one more thing. It's work-related!"

The assistant could sense the irritation in Chase's tone, so he quickly emphasized that it was work-related.

"Go on," Chase replied. "Looks like something happened to the Power family in North Hill  City. The mysterious man who saved the Trinity group has finally appeared. And according to rumors, Miss Powers, the youngest daughter of the Power corp, seems to have returned."

"Miss Powers? Didn't she die eighteen years ago?” Chase raised an eyebrow as he thought.
