Sarah's POV

As we kept on walking, my phone started ringing. I had to excuse myself because I needed to take the call in secret.

Once I was sure that there was no one watching me, or that I was all alone in a corner, I picked up my phone.

"I couldn't get a good look at what it was yesterday, but I'm sure it isn't something good ma'am. The high security is enough reason to be suspicious." I heard my callers voice say through the phone.

"Alright… Thank you for your help." I replied before ending the call.

He's someone I can trust with my life. He's an old man with 4 children and I knew I could just count on him. Since Clark only keeps him in his company because I had repeatedly begged him not to let the old man leave, I felt glad that he could help me when I needed him the most.

I tucked back my phone into my purse and then adjusted my clothes properly.
