Asher groaned when he woke up from his slumber. He looked around and noticed that he was not in his room. He was in his brother's guestroom. Every part of his body was aching badly. He touched his head and winced as he felt the bandage on his forehead. His face blanched as memories of yesterday flashed in his mind one after another. His brother raised his hand on him for the first time in his life and he couldn't believe it.

He heaved out of bed to go to his home. He was crossing the living room when his brother's crisp voice stopped him from moving forward.
