His wolf’s strong desires

Alpha Darren walked back into the room, looking very disoriented. He had been struggling to keep control over his wolf.

He had noticed how hungry his wolf always went whenever he was around Lucy, but this time around the hunger was really strong, he could feel his wolf's desire for her growing stronger.

He knew he had to keep his distance, but he couldn't help the pull he felt toward her.

She was now his mate and he needed her more than ever with the ever ending demand from his pack members.

He couldn’t keep her away from but he also feared being around her would cost him his authority as the alpha.

Soon after Alpha Darren had left her in the bathroom, she came out and he noticed Lucy had a wound on her arm.

“When did you get that?” He asked in a strong tone.

She said nothing to him, still angry at what he did in the bathroom.

“Did you intentionally hurt yourself?” He asked with a mocking expression.

She looked at him and hissed. “I would prefer to be dead than leave with you.”
