14. Family Confession

“ I can't believe you just did that” Belinda fumes as she glared at her husband who made no move to pacify her. Instead, he stood with his head bowed inside the elevator.

“ You could have said something, anything to keep him from kicking us out of the company_____”

“ Or you could have informed me before taking out such a huge sum of money from the company's account. Five million? What's in God's name did you even use the money for?” Mr. Clinton turned to snap at his wife who pulled her face up in a frown and adjusted her handbag.

“ I meant to replace it sooner. I didn't know he would notice it” She replied just as the elevator's door dinged, ushering them into the reception.

They both strode out with anger in their stride. Just before Mr. Clinton got into his car, he stood gazing at the company he had spent almost all his years building from scratch with his brother. He had dedicated all his life and spending into this company only to be kicked out of it like a dog. No way! He wouldn'
