Raphael immediately went rigid. Standing on the spot and staring face to face at his mother who he hadn't seen for more than fifteen years got him as rigid as a statue. The spacious, dim burgundi lit regal hall was expensively furnished to match the affluent lifestyle of the elites in it.Beautifully ornate round tables with scented candles placed on them formed a pattern in the hall. A mini fountain stood in the centre of the grand, monarchical hall. Raphael raged in an extreme fury. He subconsciously lets go of his mother's cold body and lurches out of the hall. He wanted to kill the shooter himself.
