Ruby sat in Annette's ward, she couldn't risk leaving her on her own, she had instructed the others to call her if anything else needed her attention and was currently watching the woman sleep, she was so tired and needed to sleep too but she knew she would not get that sleep anytime soon, not when the chances of her leaving again were high, Liam was still not back and she wondered what's keeping him for so long, would his brother-in-law want him back, she hoped not, she didn't want him to leave and he already promised her that he won't leave them here but what if he doesn't have a choice, his job was totally different from hers so maybe there were rules that might make his staying here impossible, she wished he would just come back already and put her mind at ease.

Annette was currently sleeping peacefully and Ruby wished she could fall asleep too but she had too much on her mind and she couldn't risk falling asleep either, at least not until Liam returns, Annette hadn't said a word
