“You, Miss Chloe Crowther, are sincerely invited to witness the anniversary party of Mr. Gabriel Remas, and his beloved wife And Mrs. Madison Remas ” The neat, handwritten calligraphy stood out on the piece of paper, and there were animated pictures of the couple printed inside of the invite. Chloe's face darkened as she held onto the edge of the party's invitation. ' Come to think of this, I should have seen this coming when I bumped into them in the elevator back then– I saw that ring; the one that used to hold such special meaning for me –on Maddie's finger, didn't I?
