Giselle's POV.

“Hmmm .... so you will come back after lunch tomorrow?” I asked after I jolted out of my thoughts.

“Yeah, I'm sorry that I'm disturbing you,” he said, and I shook my head, “no don't say that, you are my student anyway, your welfare matters a lot to me,” I said, and he nodded.

Then he gazes at me weirdly, but I ignored it and smiled at him trying to set the lecturer and student boundaries.

“Okay then,” I said dismissively, but he was taking the hint he was still sitting down.

“Mr Lopez, I have some other things to do,” I said, making it clear that I wanted him to leave.

“Okay ma'am,” he said, and stood up from the chair, “I will go now, Mrs Albert,” he said, and I nodded.

Then he left my office. I felt relieved after he left. I felt suffocated being in the same space with him, not in a negative way, but he just won't stop staring at me, and it was uncomfortable.
