The following day was Monday and, just like every other day, I decided to take the children to school before heading back to my company.

“Sir, aren't you going to find out more information about those children?” Zack, my beta, asked me from across the front seat where he was driving. After studying my expression in the car mirror, he sighed and focused back on the road.

After about a few minutes of thinking about it over and over again, I came up with a final decision.

“I don't want to, I want to trust my wife. If she says her ex-husband is the father, let's leave it like that. So long I'm close with the children and always happy to see them, I can still be their father even if I'm not biologically, and she's not ready to let anyone find out he's the father of the children and I don't want to violate her privacy and just want to trust her.”
