Alpha King looked at everyone and said, "Then where is the problem?"

Addison George looked at the person sitting next to him and she stared at him. She knew it was her turn now so she stood looking at Addison and said, "It's my turn now Addison."

He nodded at her and sat down. She looked at everybody and said to me as she stared at me, "I am Nina Howard. I look after the maintenance department. As part of our work, we collect that data and distribute it to the concerns team. If an application has updates we give the details to the IT department to update the status. When an application is approved, it is sent to the accounts department."

Nina Howard introduced herself and shared details about her work. She looked at the next one. He was sitting right beside her.
