After bombing us with that announcement, Aramis left for the office. I didn’t get a chance to have a word with him and tell him my decision. Not that it would matter but I still needed to try.

“Wait right there,” I was walking in the direction of the Alpha King’s room, which was now my room as well when I heard Joce commanding me to stop.

Upon turning, I saw her walking in my direction aggressively with her daughter behind her.

“Is that why you ruined their date the other night?” she stood face to face with me and dared question me.

“What kind of a shameless creature are you? Your wolf felt a mate bond with both the brothers? How gross!” Morgana added, that she was shaking out of anger.

It wasn’t a surprise that she wanted Aramis for herself, I was just amazed how bitter they were towards me when they can be upset with Aramis too.

“It is not my fault that the Moon Goddess didn’t give you Aramis,” I shrugged my shoulders, not letting them have the satisfaction of making me feel guilty.
