Also, even after Ethan discovers plentiful lies and betrayals by Victoria he is still with her. He’s the stupidest alpha ever. I thought maybe he’d be under some spell but it doesn’t appear so, he’s just stupid?

By Chapter 140 we’ve read several different versions of this story like the author can’t decide so just rewrites the scene a few times and leaves them all in, with so many inconsistencies it’s hard to keep track. It’s gut wrenching, but the plot constantly changes so you don’t get a cohesive story.
