Osiris’ pov Crap, I really screwed that up. I should have just come clean immediately after. She would still be pissed, but lying about it had made everything worse. “I am sorry Osiris. I never wanted our mate to be angry with us.” Santos said. “I know it’s not your fault. Like you said we both did this and I was the one who lied.” I went to sleep besides Lily. Lily’s pov I couldn’t sleep, I was so used to having Osiris close to me and I was too worked up about our fight. So I decided to go out for a run, I left Osiris a note in case he would wake up when I was still gone. didn’t plan to run long, I just needed to blow off some steam. Osiris’ pov Hi Lily, I’ve been writing you letters ever since the day you were taken. I know it’s silly, but it’s the only way I feel close to you. I just pretend you are back at your old pack and reading my letters like you used to. It’s been three days now and I am going crazy. We found two soldiers just across the border, we had clearly been attacked by a wolf. At first we thought they both were dead, but one was still alive although barely. We’ve been trying to get him back to health, at least healthy enough to question. Why would someone rescue you from those soldiers only to take you for themselves? Lily’s pov Before Arden left to get more wolfsbane, he dozed me with another wolfsbane dart. It looked like it was the last one. I tried to fight him off, but I regretted this immediately. I hit Arden in the face and tried to run, but Arden grabbed the chain making me fall over. He pulled me by the chain towards him and sat on top of me. We were both naked and he sat on top of my stomach, holding my arms down with one hand. His other hand held the dart. I saw him look down to my breast full lust and felt he was getting hard. Arden would rather sleep in wolf form, he was used to this. So he slept outside of the cabin. That was at least one piece of comfort, that I could sleep knowing he wouldn’t bother me. I still woke up every night a few times, missing Osiris and Arya, shivering because of the cold or out of pain, because my leg hurt badly. During the day Arden would hunt for food. Osiris’ pov We had ran through the rogue territory, splitting the area into sections. I went furthest back, because I was one of the fastest. Lily's pov I’ve been sleeping most of the time, waking up to another visit each time. My friends have even stopped by and everyone one of my sisters. Even Isabella was here with her kids. I had never met the youngest, who she carried in a sling. I didn’t have much energy yet, but it felt so great to see everyone and I was honored that they all came to see me. Some of them treated me so carefully as if I was a delicate flower that would break. Others pretended nothing had happened and chatted about little things that had happened while I was away.
