She rolled her eyes at Lily's words. She doubted the new Professor would be as handsome as the man she had met earlier that day. if they hadn't gotten off on the wrong foot then she wouldn't have minded falling on her knees for him. but she did damage his car, so she didn't think that would be happening anytime soon. too bad he was such an a******

Lisa was alerted by the gaps and murmuring coming from the girls beside her, they were all looking toward the podium in front of the class where two men were standing. the first thing she saw when she raised her face were hazel eyes staring directly at her. seeing the man whose windshield she had broken earlier that day, standing beside the Dean looking as handsome as she remembered, Lisa was beyond shocked. why was he here? She thought about what Lily had told her about Mr. Smith was getting replaced, no no no no, this man couldn't be her new professor right?! Because if that was the case then she was screwed

" Lily, is that the man you saw earlier? "

" yeah, that's him. God, he looks even more handsome up close. oh God, he's looking in our Direction, do you think he recognizes me?"

Lisa looked at her friend who had a hopeful look on her face. she probably thought this was some cheesy romance show where the hero took notice of the Heroine the moment he walked into a room full of other people. unlike the hero in those romance movies, the new Professor was glaring in her direction. with murderous eyes. She had been hoping that he wouldn't recognize her, yet he had picked her out in a room full of dozens of other students. yeah, she was screwed for sure

" class, I am excited to introduce Asher Walker, the CEO of an Elite Corp," the Dean said, the excitement in his voice couldn't be missed and she understood why. Elite Corps was a multimillion-dollar real estate company with its Headquarters in California. everyone knew that the owner of the company was the youngest billionaire in the Country, yet because Asher Walker was a discreet person not even his appearance was known. everyone in the class was shocked to have a f****** Billionaire in front of them. As for Lisa, she felt nothing but dread. She had bullied a Billionaire? no wonder he hadn't called the police when she broke his expensive car, he knew he would make her pay.

" he will be taking you finance for two months. I hope you all will treat him without no respect "

Who wouldn't want to treat a handsome billionaire who could buy the entire school if he wanted to, with respect? The dean said something to Asher which the man barely responded to. his eyes were still fixed on Lisa, she doubted that he had blinked even once whilst staring her down. She wanted to crawl under her death and hide away from his scary gaze

" Fuck, Amelia Carter already has her claws on him. The dumb b****, why can't she leave some for the rest of us?" Lily said in obvious jealousy and annoyance

Apart from being the stereotypical beautiful blonde girl with blue eyes, Amelia had a rich stepdad who doted on her, she was also the class rep, a position which she had only gotten due to her popularity. She had left her seat and was saying something to the new Professor, probably introducing herself as his new personal assistant. Lisa didn't mean to be rude or downgrading towards Amelia, but damn that girl was a s***!. everyone knew she was having an affair with the English professor, and there was even a rumor that she was hooking up with her stepdad. She never denied any of it, so there might be Some Truth in them. it was very disgusting to think about

"Just tell me if you need anything," Amelia said, loud enough for the whole class to hear her.

" thank you, Miss Carter," the professor said. many girls gasped once more while hearing his deep voice. the man was a walking sex appeal, Lisa couldn't deny that. " I will consider your offer "

Amelia smiled in satisfaction and walked back to her seat. She didn't notice the lack of interest in the man's eyes while addressing her. Lisa did, however, because Asher just wouldn't stop staring at her " Now, would someone please inform me where you stopped in your lectures?"

multiple hands shot up, mostly girls wanting to make a first impression on the handsome professor. Lily and Amelia were included. Asher could have picked any of them of course, but he just had to make Lisa's life more complicated "Miss Summers, please do us the Favor "

All eyes turned to Lisa. She was sure that everyone else was wondering how he knew her name as well. She rose from her seat, wishing at that moment that the ground would open up and swallow her whole. what had she done to deserve this? apart from breaking his windshield of course. she barely paid any attention to finance lectures most of the time, she preferred to study at her own pace.

" Well. . . " of course she wasn't damn sure of her answer, but no one needed to know this. it would make her look incredibly dumb, gosh this was so f****** embarrassing " I am sure " she said in a firm voice

" Very good. thank you " he turned his gaze to Lisa once more, his eyes were predatory. almost like a wild animal watching its prey, it made a shiver of Fear run down her spine. " see me in my office after this. understood?"
