Headlights flash right at me as a car stops, blinding me. “Aeliana!” Kingston screams, his voice cutting through the brewing storm.

I see him, but I try to get up my legs give out, and my knees hit the concrete again, the sting vibrating all around my body.

I don't understand why she's not opening up .she should tell her husband what exactly happened. By keeping silent she only look weak to me. Plus we can't blame king if he misunderstand her because she never share with him.
