AT THE CITY GENERAL PARK

DAMON'S POV

I haven't been to places like this since childhood. I got some memories as we entered the place. My parents were always the ones who brought me here, together. Unlike most Pack leaders would do, they had time for me. Maybe that is why I am not as cold as most pack leaders. That doesn't mean I am that easy either.

"You seem to be lost like you're getting memories of this place. Have you been here before?" She asked noticing my silence.

I didn't reply as I watched the people who moved around. Especially kids with their parents having fun, it is a crowded and noisy place.

She gasped, "Don't tell me you have never been here before!" I still did not reply, "Goodness you poor thing. No wonder you are so grumpy most of the times. Even I got the opportunity to come here though I didn't have resources. You must be trapped living as a leader that you can't have fun when you want to. I feel so bad, I wonder how your childhood was. Poor thing..."
