Chapter 30

“Watch out for his head and move him slowly.”

We carefully carried him out of the car and placed him on the ground on his back.

Nathan quickly went back into the car searching for the guy’s cellphone and wallet, to get some kind of identification.

I kneeled next to the guy.

“Sir, Sir can you hear me?” I tap him on the shoulder, seeing if I could get any response. Seeing no response, I carefully lift his jaw with both of my hands, to help clear his airway, placing two fingers at his pulse making sure of any changes, but found his pulse is still very weak. Leaning forward listening to his breathing, but I could not hear him breathing. I look down inspecting his body. He has a nasty cut on his upper leg and his arm looks broken.

Nathan kneels next to me, he already found the guy's cellphone and wallet.

I rip the guy's shirt handing it to Nathan indicating him to quickly tie it around the guy's leg to help stop some of the bleeding, while I start CPR. I quickly place my one hand on the cen
