“I’m sorry,” I apologized again.

“You’re still doing it.” Alpha Robin chuckled.

“I’ve gotten used to it over time, it’s going to be hard to change so easily.” I sighed as I rubbed my arms.

“I understand where you’re coming from but what I want you to know now is that you're now a member of this family and nothing is going to change that.” Alpha Robin began. “You’re on track to become the next Luna of this pack and this is your family now.”

“It doesn’t feel like that most times,” I smiled ruefully. “I often feel like I’ve been cursed with misery and despair for the rest of my life.”
