Seven

~Alex~

I could smell her fear from here, it was like it was on overdrive. She smiled and looked down at her food. The dress she was wearing was stunning on her hugging and clinging so well to her body showing her off like if she was basically naked. I wonder if she likes wearing clothes like that or couldn't find anything else to wear in time.

She moved her hair air out of the way of her chest to show she wasn't wearing any undergarments. I was shocked for a second before I returned to my food trying not to stare. She noticed the scar I had running from my chin to my hipbone but it disappeared under the collar of my shirt.

When we were kids we played by the train tracks a lot and on those last couple of days we had together that was where we spent most of our time. She didn't notice a train coming and I only caught her attention when she got her foot stuck on one of the tracks.

I pushed her down into the tracks and stayed on top of her and that was how I got my scar. I went unconscious and almost bled to death, they told me it took me a week to wake up and I was lucky to be alive. After that day I had no idea where she was and heard that she had already moved.

I don't blame my scar on her or anything that happened that day. But I can't help the feeling she thinks I'm gonna take revenge on her for it. The smell of her fear stayed strong in the air and she kept glancing at it pushing her food around the plate and taking small amounts at a time until she finished.
